Bruce R. Gilbert, M.D., Ph.D., HCLD (ABB)

Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Gilbert is Founder and CEO of LifeLab Solutions Inc. His clinical work is as a Board Certified Urologist specializing in Male Fertility and he serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Urology and Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is also the Diector of Male Reproductive and Sexual Medicine at the North Shore LIJ Health System. He holds additional Board Certification as a High Complexity Laboratory Director, and is the Medical and Laboratory Director of NYCryo, his New York State Licensed and AATB accredited Reproductive Tissue Bank for over 14 years. He also is the Laboratory Director of a New York State Licensed Andrology Laboratory for 20 years, during which he developed the structure for the LifeLab Database Manager.

Bruce earned his MD degree from Cornell University Medical College and a Ph.D. in Renal Physiology from New York Medical College. His Bachelors and Masters degrees are in Electrical Engineering. He serves on the Medical Advisory Committees of several Reproductive Tissue Banks as well as committees of the American Association of Tissue Banks.

Jason M. Gilbert, M.S., CPA, PFS, CFF

Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer

Jason M. Gilbert, CPA

Jason Gilbert is Founder and CFO/COO of LifeLab Solutions Inc. Formerly, he was an investor at General Atlantic (GA) (a $16B Private Equity firm focused on global growth investments), where he focused on financial strategy for GA's portfolio companies and new investments. He first joined GA’s Greenwich office in 2006 evaluating investment opportunities in various technology enabled verticals, including semiconductors, alternative energy, and financial services. Prior to joining General Atlantic, Jason was an Investment Banker at Berkery, Noyes & Co., where he serviced large and mid-sized information providers in the U.S. and international markets with strategic mergers & acquisitions, corporate and asset divestitures, strategic research, and valuations.

Jason is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Accounting from the George Washington University School of Business. He maintains both PFS and CFF designations through the AICPA.

Tim Brown, MBA

Chief Technology Officer

Tim Brown is the CTO of LifeLab Solutions Inc. He is a certified FileMaker Developer, providing database design, development and staff training to our clients.

Tim has an MBA in Accounting from Fordham University, and ten years of hospital finance experience in addition to his leadership experience with Antidote Solutions.
